Tattoo, ink tinted clear fluid?

i got a tattoo 3 days ago. It's about 2.5 inches tall and 2 inches across. It took about 1.5 hours to do. When I first got done it bled a little while and then some ink tinted clear fluid came out. Well then 3 days later, today, it leaked a little more ink tinted fluid. Is this normal?
