Wine pairings suggestions?

Hello, I'm 28 and I'm not a drinker, the thing is I want to start trying new things...starting with wine. Okay I've tasted Sangria before and it was alright before the strong alcohol flavor came in. So I'm making a Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo dish with a side of Grilled chicken, not sure if I'll put bbq sauce on it yet...can someone tell me which wine would taste best I'm planning on sipping a bit lol and I have someone coming over. I bought 4 bottles Barefoot Pinot Noir, Barefoot White Zinfandel, Arbor Mist Sangria Zinfandel, and Arbor Mist Chardonnay Tropical fruits. They're cheap but like I said I don't usually drink at all. So any suggestions on what would be a good wine for the dinner and for myself as a wine newbie. Thanks in advance : )
