Can you tattoo over a scar?

yes you can tattoo over scars, i have a scar and have researched for about a year to see if i can get a tattoo over it. but only cirtain tattooists will do it because it is a special job, and if the scar you get from having the other tattoo removed is deep then the chances are you will have to wait about 2 years for the scar to fully heal before you can get another tattoo done over it
