How do I go about finding a Publishing company to write to about possibly reprinting an old but updated book?

I am trying to find a Publishing Company called Orbis Publishing, London so that I can write to them and see if they might print an updated version of a book Titled War IN Peace (Not War and Peace) by Sir Robert Thompson. I have the last published version and would like to see an updated version but how do I go about doing this? Do I try and find email addresses for the Editors or the Authors? I do know that Sir Robert Thompson has passed and he was one of two Consultant editors. Should I try and find the other Consultant Editor and ask him? Or do I try and contact the Publishing company? I don't have the Dust Jacket as I lost that 20 years ago and I think that had an address in it that I could have used to write to the publishing company. I am at a loss and any help would be appreciated on how to do this. Thanks
