What movie is this???

It was a nickelodeon movie and it has kenan Thompson and him and his family goes on vacation and they break down and have to walk and they end up at a huge mansion where the guy is crazy and cuts off peoples head and then at one point in the movie there is the biggest ball of string and it rolls down the street lol anyone please help
