My ink spread in my nook! Help!!?

My nook reader has ink spead over the screen from the inside because the screen got punched. Everything still works on it except the fact that I can't see half of the screen because of the ink. Does anybody know if there's something I can do to fix it? Or if I have to buy a new one, does my old one have a memory card built into it that I can put into the new one???
