How much does it cost to refill ink cartridges?

very strange question but i will take it. here in maine, i go to a store and recycle my cartriges. i get a new one for 20 percent off. also, if you waste a whole sheet of paper like that, you are useing about 2 percent of the cartrige. BUT THIS DEPENDS! some printers and cartriges are more efficient.
