How do you change the paper type in Microsoft Word 2010?

I need to print something onto a special type of paper. The paper I have is a Iron-On Transfer-Print paper, that you print, and then iron it onto a fabric. The back of the packaging says to change the Media/Paper Type to either Special paper/Ink Jet paper, or coated Paper, but I do not know where to change it to this. HELP!
