Can I get ink stain out if I accidentally washed and dried clothes with pen in it?

I had a pen in one of my shirt pockets and didn't realize. I threw everything in the washer and then dried them in the dryer. Luckily only a few shirts were stained. My question is is there any way to get the stain out at all or am I just screwed?
