Jus jez forgot that Victor is trying everything to get out of paying them their money. He is also marrying Diane as of yesterday. Diane also slept with Nick. After Victor lost the arbitration he slept with Nikki but afterwards they both agreed their time had passed. Malcolm came back and proposed to Sophia who slept with Neil when Malcom was threatening to leave her. Victoria wants Beauty of Nature to substitute for the money so they can join in with jabo to make this mega corporation. Nick doesn't like the idea. Tucker is playing Jack and Victoria against each other so their in competition on getting Beauty of Nature. Victor stated Victoria will never get that. Basically Victoria is screwing over Nick and Abby for her own personal gain.Oh it was Victor's birthday the day he lost the arbitration and Abby took him a card and he blew up at her saying he will always love her but ties have been cut. Lily is also seeing Cane's ghost. This and what jus jez said sums it all up.
